HOW IT WORKS

Pick 3 is a three (3) number draw game offered by the State Lottery.

SUMMARY

To play Pick 3, you will choose three (3) numbers from 0-9. To enjoy a random set of lucky numbers, try selecting Quick Pick. Lotto.com also offers the option to enroll your ticket as a subscription so you never miss a game!

NUMBER SELECTION

In Pick 3, you choose three (3) numbers from 0-9. These numbers are then scored against the winning numbers to see if they match. Select how you want to play your three (3) single-digit numbers:

  • Straight - If the numbers you have chosen are drawn in exact order, you win.

  • Boxed Bet - If the numbers you have chosen are drawn in any combination, you win.

  • 6-Way Box Bet consists of 3 different numbers and six possible winning combinations (1, 2, 3)

  • 3-Way Boxed Bet has 2 numbers the same, with three possible winning combinations (1, 2, 1)

  • Back-Up Bet: Back-Up bets combine a Straight bet and a Boxed bet on one ticket.

  • Pair Bets: In PICK 3 wagers ONLY, players may select any two of three numbers to be selected in order.

  • Front Pair: Specify the 1st and 2nd number in exact order: (1, 2, X)

  • Back Pair: Specify the 2nd and 3rd number in exact order: (X, 2, 3)

  • Split Pair: Specify the 1st and 3rd number in exact order: (1, X, 3)

Looking to change up your luck? Let the Quick Pick tool select a set of random game numbers for you. Each play gives you the chance to choose your lucky numbers or use Quick Pick. Lucky numbers can continue to be changed until checkout.

WAGER

At Lotto.com, Pick-3 can be enjoyed with wagers at $1. A new wager selection is made for each additional play on the ticket, and the amounts wagered for each line can be different. Some play types, including 'Wheel' and 'Straight/Box', have multiple wagers placed on a single line.

DRAWINGS

Drawings are held twice daily at 12:29 P.M. EST (Midday) & 7:29 PM EST. (Evening). Lotto.com has a cutoff time of 11:50 A.M. EST for the Midday drawing and 6:50 P.M. EST for the evening drawing to make sure your ticket is processed in time. If you purchase a ticket after the cutoff time, your ticket will be entered into the following draw.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Enroll your lucky numbers in a subscription to ensure you are always included in the next draw. Your chosen numbers will automatically be renewed after the current draw has finished.
